How to Log In if SAML Authentication Fails

An error message will appear on the login screen if there is an issue communicating with your identity provider.

If you hold the administrator role in your organization and are unable to log in to your account with SAML, you can always regain access using your Druide credentials:

  1. Go to the local authentication page.
  2. Log in using the email address and password you chose when you created your Druide account.

You can reset your password by clicking Forgot your password? on the corresponding login screen, after entering your identifier.
