Frequently Asked Questions

Since my upgrade to macOS 13 (Ventura), I have noticed that Mail sends my emails twice. Is a fix planned for Antidote 11?

Changes in the new version of Mail on macOS 13 (Ventura) affect Anti-Oops! in a way that causes duplicate emails to be sent. We have identified the source of this behaviour and are working on a fix which should be released soon. Antidote will automatically notify you when it has been deployed.

In the meantime, you can temporarily disable Anti-Oops! to avoid duplicate emails. To do this:

  1. Access the Antidote 11 settings.
  2. Select Anti-Oops! in the left column.
  3. Uncheck the box Correct the text of emails before sending.

If you need it, you can still call Antidote by clicking on the Connectix Agent (the small flask in the top bar of your Mac).
