I was given access to Druide’s special offer, but Antidote Web is not in my Client Portal. What should I do?
- First of all, make sure you created your account using your email address from an eligible organization. This organization is the one that provided the link for Antidote Web.
- Next, make sure the email address that was used as an ID is validated. For more details, please see the following article.
- Finally, if both previous steps have been completed and Antidote Web is still not available in your Portal, click on the link again in the email sent to you by your organization.
