I was given access to Druide’s special offer, but Antidote Web is not in my Client Portal. What should I do?

  1. First of all, make sure you created your account using your email address from an eligible organization. This organization is the one that provided the link for Antidote Web.
  2. Next, make sure the email address that was used as an ID is validated. For more details, please see the following article.
  3. Finally, if both previous steps have been completed and Antidote Web is still not available in your Portal, click on the link again in the email sent to you by your organization.
