After updating to Thunderbird 68, Antidote 9 is no longer working. What can I do?
We recently released a new connector that should correct this situation. Please follow this procedure to install the new connector:
Download the following file:
- Launch Thunderbird;
- Click on the Options menu, 3 horizontal lines (upper right-hand corner) > Add-Ons > Add-Ons;
- Under the Add-Ons section, click on the settings logo and then on "install an add-on from a file..."
- Follow the on-screen instructions to select the downloaded file from your desktop and select Open.
