Frequently Asked Questions

My personal dictionaries are no longer synchronized between my various devices. How can I reactivate this service? 

In order to reactivate the service, we invite you to follow these steps:

  1. Make sure you have the latest version of Antidote installed on all your workstations
  2. On the workstation where your dictionaries are still visible, select each dictionary and choose «Add to Cumulix» from the contextual menu (right-click)

Your dictionaries will be synchronized again.
